You’re frantically searching around online for printing companies in Japan to try to meet your last-minute request. And you’ve come across a handful of businesses and contacted them.
But did you provide those companies all of the information they need to give you a quotation? If not, there will be plenty of follow up emails to go around from both sides.
In order to save time going back and forth communicating with customer service, bombard them with as much information as you can the first time.
Get an email template prepared of all the details for the job you want to be done such as:
- What do you want to be printed?
- How many copies do you need?
- When do you need it by?
- Where do you want it to go?

And have a file ready to be attached in your email inquiry to them.
Once the staff gets all the information they can come back to you with a quote asap.
Be aware though that rush jobs can be expensive, but if pricing is of no concern to you or you found a vendor that you like, just simply tell that company to immediately go on ahead with your request. No back and forth, but a simple ‘Yay’ or ‘Nay’ would suffice.
Whether you’re looking for something to be printed on the same day or even 3 days leading to your event, it is entirely possible for vendors here to meet your request.
