Global Speed accepts the following credit card payments via PayPal as the default payment method in either US Dollars (USD) or Japanese Yen (JPY):

Payment Surcharges
Overseas PayPal transactions made to Global Speed will incur a 3.9% + 40 JPY (3.9% + $0.30 USD) charge for transactions between $0 and $100,000 USD. For more information about cross-border payments, please go to PayPal
First-time Customers
A Payment in Advance will be required for first-time buyers of either 50%-100% of total costs, depending on the size and quantity of an order placed.
Payment Conditions
Invoice Payment terms of 30-45 days will be expected after completion of an order. Upon request, both down payments and payment terms can be negotiated with a Global Speed representative.
An additional 2% interest will be charged on a monthly basis for late invoice payments.
Repeat Customers
For continuing customers interested in a long-standing relationship or credit with Global Speed, please fill out our credit check application and either:

Payment Receipt & Security
Payments will be transferred from your PayPal account in the selected currency to Global Speed GK (LLC)’s bank account.
Due to banking externalities effecting how transactions are processed, expect 1-3 days for payments to be updated in Global Speed’s records. A representative from Global Speed will send an email confirmation upon receipt.

Order Changes & Cancellations
All jobs are custom-produced based on client specifications. If an order requested does not command further changes, fees will not be incurred during the production of this job. Once the order has gone into production, it cannot be edited or cancelled without compensation for costs and other related obligations incurred upon processing your order. The further in production a print job is, the higher the cancellation fees will be. There will be additional charges accounted for the restocking of materials originally ordered to produce the job ,and any subcontracted services to fulfill job specifications.
Production Schedules & Deliveries
Production schedules and deliveries are arranged in agreement by both the customer and the provider. Global Speed will not be held liable or penalized for delays due to natural disasters, state of war, civil disorder, fire, strikes, accidents, governmental authority, or other externalities outside of Global Speed’s control. In such instances, production schedules and planned deliveries will be adjusted accordingly based on the delays incurred.
Liability
The customer understands that Global Speed strictly adheres to the specifications described in the purchase order. All samples or sketches provided are only intended to illustrate as a prototype, not as a final production result. Furthermore, the customer fully understands that any service performed is produced on an “as is” basis without any warranty, condition, express, implied or statutory.
Indemnification
Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Global Speed, our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and business partners harmless from and against any and all claims, obligatory losses, liabilities, costs/ debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from 1.) a customer’s infringement of third party rights, including without limitation to copyright, property, or privacy rights; or 2.) any claim that the customer’s contributions or artwork either defames or threatens someone’s privacy or livelihood . This defense and indemnification obligation will survive the Terms and Conditions, and any or all use of Global Speed services.
Taxes
Customers are solely responsible for all taxes and assessments levied by their government jurisdiction. All amounts due for taxes and audits will be properly allocated to the customer’s invoice if applicable. No tax exemption will be granted unless there is proof of official exemption from a formal government body attached to the purchase order.
Terms and Conditions
Global Speed’s online payments for Terms and Conditions are subject to revisions at any given period. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction. It will be your responsibility to periodically review the most up to date version of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the revised stipulations, please immediately discontinue using this service.
